There are good things happening in the HHCA area – have you noticed? If so – share a picture or 2 with me and I’ll start posting them.
Thanks in large part to Paul Gregory, the community gardens at North Street Park, have seen big improvements. If you want to be a part of these improvements – let Paul or I know.
New concrete block beds are going up, a compost bin is being built, the rain water capture system is being revamped and we now have both a 4 square area and Hop Scotch on the asphalt at the park.
The shelter house posts have been painted and the park is being used quite a bit!
The house at the corner of Wyoming and Hudson has had the back section saved and rebuilt saving it’s original design!
There is lots going on and more coming soon with the sidewalk improvements. If you see some “good news” share it with me and I’ll share it with the membership.
